I have been going to certification and training classes for over 40 years. I decided to go to the IFCI Ceramic Tile and Advanced Hardwood Certification class in Norcross Georgia. Turned out to be an excellent decision.

The program was concise and professionally presented by Linda Lockwood, Billy Simmons, and Henry Carr.

Their presentations were focused on the inspector and would go over every point until the entire class was on the same page. This was not only in the classroom but the demonstrations in the warehouse.

We never stop learning and am grateful for the presenters sharing their knowledge. They have made me a better inspector, thank you.
